Homeschool Biomimicry (Ages 7 - 12)

We will study birds and create wonderful inventions based on flight. Minimum of 6 students to run this class. Includes all materials.

Girl, Make It! (Ages 9 - 15)

Students will work with provided kits to engineer robots, windmills, catapults and other creations. Algorithms, programming and engineering will be discussed. Minimum of 6 students to run this class. Includes all materials.

Makerlab (Ages 12 and up)

Want to Tinker with a little help...let’s get started Making something awesome! Minimum of 6 students to run this class.

Lego Obstacle Bots (Ages 7 - 12)

In these classes students will learn what it takes to build a bot that can navigate a race course and compete in time trials against other bots. Minimum of 6 students to run this class. Includes all materials.

ABOUT OUR TEAM



Kevin Braun

Kevin Braun has a BFA from the University of Massachusetts in Electronic Imaging and currently instructs courses on User Experience Design at Champlain College. Before co-founding R4-K2 he taught children's classes in robotics and game programming.

Christine Braun

Christine Braun has a Master's Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Massachusetts and is comfortable working in any medium. Before co-founding R4-K2 she taught children’s classes in ceramics, basic wood working, martial arts, and robotics.
